About Hank Dyeing Machine HTHP
Presenting our range of most popular Hank Dyeing Machine, these machines are designed to have liquor flow parallel to the yarn and they work with low liquor ratios to save substantially in consumption of thermal energy ,water and chemicals. The material to be dyed in hanks is loaded on the sticks ,generally two sticks are used one at the top and other at the bottom. The bottom stick is used to avoid the yarn entanglement during the liquor flow. The carriers are loaded with the sticks having hanks ,the sticks are supported into slots made in the body of the carrier. The loaded carriers are then put into the dyeing machine and door is closed. In a second variant of the machine , the machine is open at the top and career is loaded from the top , which ,a rubber gasket is provided around the periphery on which the machine career rest, and vessel is sealed by the weight of the career and material, thus making closed circuit. The liquor circulation and flow remains the same as in ordinary cabinet machine. The dye liquor in these machines moves while the material remains stationary. The flow direction is reversed frequently to ensure level dyeing.A cabinet dyeing machine consists of following main components,1.Main dyeing vessel made of SS2.Carriers for loading of hanks with SS sticks for loading of hanks.3.An internal axial pump or an external pump for liquor circulation.4.An indirect heating system(with internal or external heat exchanger)5.An addition tank with injector pump6.Preparation tank7.An internal or external sampling device8.Color kitchenAdditional Information:

FAQ's of Hank Dyeing Machine HTHP:
Q: How does the Hank Dyeing Machine HTHP ensure uniform dyeing of yarn batches?
A: The machine uses a centrifugal pump system combined with variable speed drive (up to 60 RPM) and carrier frames to move yarns consistently within the dye liquor. This process, paired with precise temperature control, ensures the dye penetrates evenly, resulting in uniform coloring across the entire yarn batch.
Q: What safety features are integrated into this dyeing machine?
A: It includes over-temperature protection, a safety interlock system, and robust glass wool insulation with stainless steel cladding. These features collectively reduce the risk of overheating, accidental opening, and operational hazards, keeping operators and facilities safe during use.
Q: When should I choose electric versus steam heating for this machine?
A: Electric heating is preferable where steam infrastructure is unavailable or for smaller batches, offering more straightforward installation. Steam heating is ideal for facilities with central steam supply, enabling faster heating times and greater energy efficiency at larger scales.
Q: Where can the Hank Dyeing Machine HTHP be installed?
A: This machine is suitable for textile production facilities, sample dyeing labs, and bulk production units. With various size and finish options, it fits seamlessly into both industrial and medium-scale setups across textile manufacturers, exporters, suppliers, and service providers in India and globally.
Q: What types of yarn can be processed in this machine?
A: It is designed for hank-form yarns including cotton, polyester, viscose, acrylic, wool, and various blended yarns. The machine accommodates different yarn properties by allowing speed and temperature adjustments for optimal dye uptake and color consistency.
Q: How does the low liquor ratio benefit the dyeing process?
A: A minimum liquor ratio of 1:5 reduces water and chemical consumption, lowering operational costs and environmental impact. It also speeds up the dyeing cycle and enhances color fixation, yielding quality output with resource efficiency.
Q: What are the main benefits of using this machine for textile producers?
A: Producers gain from energy-efficient performance, easy maintenance, customizable batch capacities, and user-friendly operation. Durable construction and robust safety features reduce downtime, while precise process control guarantees excellent dyeing results for a variety of yarn types.
