About Hank Dyeing Machine
Presenting our range of most popular Hank Dyeing Machine, these machines are designed to have liquor flow parallel to the yarn and they work with low liquor ratios to save substantially in consumption of thermal energy ,water and chemicals. The material to be dyed in hanks is loaded on the sticks ,generally two sticks are used one at the top and other at the bottom. The bottom stick is used to avoid the yarn entanglement during the liquor flow. The carriers are loaded with the sticks having hanks ,the sticks are supported into slots made in the body of the carrier. The loaded carriers are then put into the dyeing machine and door is closed. In a second variant of the machine , the machine is open at the top and career is loaded from the top , which ,a rubber gasket is provided around the periphery on which the machine career rest, and vessel is sealed by the weight of the career and material, thus making closed circuit. The liquor circulation and flow remains the same as in ordinary cabinet machine. The dye liquor in these machines moves while the material remains stationary. The flow direction is reversed frequently to ensure level dyeing.A cabinet dyeing machine consists of following main components,1.Main dyeing vessel made of SS2.Carriers for loading of hanks with SS sticks for loading of hanks.3.An internal axial pump or an external pump for liquor circulation.4.An indirect heating system(with internal or external heat exchanger)5.An addition tank with injector pump6.Preparation tank7.An internal or external sampling device8.Color kitchenAdditional Information:

FAQ's of Hank Dyeing Machine:
Q: How does the CIP (Clean-In-Place) cleaning method benefit daily operations of the hank dyeing machine?
A: CIP (Clean-In-Place) enables efficient and thorough cleaning of the dyeing chamber without disassembling any parts. This reduces downtime between batches, maintains hygiene, and enhances machine longevity, making daily operation seamless and reducing labor costs.
Q: What types of yarn materials can be processed using this hank dyeing machine?
A: The machine is versatile and supports a wide array of yarns including cotton, polyester, silk, and various blended fibers. It accommodates adjustable fabric widths (depending on model), making it ideal for diverse yarn dyeing applications in textile and garment production.
Q: When is it recommended to use electric versus steam heating on this hank dyeing machine?
A: The choice between electric and steam heating depends on the facility's infrastructure and specific energy requirements. Electric heating is ideal for facilities with reliable power supply and precise temperature needs, while steam is preferred where steam infrastructure is available, often enhancing energy efficiency for large-batch operations.
Q: Where can this hank dyeing machine be installed and utilized effectively?
A: This machine is designed for installation in commercial and industrial textile dye houses, yarn processing facilities, and textile manufacturing plants. Its robust design and range of batch capacities make it suitable for exporters, distributors, and service providers within the textile sector.
Q: What process control features enhance safety and efficiency during dyeing?
A: The machine features a PLC control panel with a digital touch display for precise process management. Automated safety systems like over-temperature protection and pressure release ensure safe operation, while variable speed controls optimize dye penetration and uniformity.
Q: How does the low dye bath ratio benefit both production and the environment?
A: With a dye bath ratio of 1:6 to 1:8, the machine consumes less water and chemicals per batch, lowering operational costs and reducing wastewater generation. This eco-friendly approach supports sustainability initiatives and helps meet stringent environmental compliance standards.
Q: What are the key advantages of the stainless steel (SS 304/316) body construction?
A: The SS 304/316 construction offers excellent resistance to corrosion from chemicals and dyes, maintains structural integrity under high pressure and temperature, and simplifies cleaning-contributing to longer equipment lifespan and assurance of yarn purity.
